Returns & Exchanges

Our policy lasts 7 days from the date of purchase.

To be eligible, items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging. We offer 1 free size exchange per order. No refunds — store credit only.

Non-returnable items: Intimate apparel, sleepwear, jewelry, and gift cards.

Sale/discounted items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll email you with approval or rejection of your exchange. If approved, your new order will be processed.

After your 1 free exchange, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
