Returns/ EXCHANGES
Our policy lasts 10 days. If 10 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a return or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. 1 FREE SIZE exchange . NO REFUNDS. STORE CREDIT ONLY!
We do not accept products that are intimate apparel.
Additional non-returnable items:
Gift cards, Sleepwear, Jewelry.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or for reasons not due to our error can not be returned or refunded or exchanged.
Once your return/ EXCHANGE is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your EXCHANGE.
If you are approved, then your ORDER will be processed.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be RETURNED/EXCHANGED.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for exchanging your item after 1 time.. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
