Refund Policy
Our return and exchange policy is valid for 7 days from the date of purchase. All requests must be submitted within this period.
Eligibility
To qualify for a return or exchange, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in their original packaging. Damaged items are not eligible for return.
We offer one free size exchange per order. Eligible returns are issued as store credit only. We do not offer refunds.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Intimate apparel
- Sleepwear
- Jewelry
- Gift cards
- Sale or discounted items, which are final sale
Return & Exchange Approval
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email whether your request has been approved or rejected. If approved, we will process your size exchange or issue store credit, as applicable.
Shipping Costs
After your first free size exchange, you are responsible for any additional return shipping costs. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Order Processing
All orders are processed and shipped only after payment has been successfully received.
